Beef «carpaccio» is hugging snowflakes of «Arseniko» cheese from Naxos, Greek truffle, sun dried tomatoes of Santorini, bathed with dressing made of fresh virgin olive oil, lime & black sugar.

Smoked salmon on crispy flakes of parmesan refreshed with dressing of pure virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice & thyme scented honey.

Zucchini «millefeuille» filled with cheeses’ mousse dressed with sauce made of dill, garlic, olive oil & lemon.

Tzatziki dressed with fresh local Santorinean cherry tomato marmalade sauce.

Garden perfumes in an eggplant «tart» stuffed with feta cheese, Santorinean cherry tomatoes and spearmint pesto sauce.

Gristly grilled vegetables with “Manouri” grilled cheese share the freshness of balsamic vinegar.

Grilled sardines rinsed with vinaigrette of fresh olive oil, lemon, oregano and red pepper next to handful of freshly cut seasonal salad.

Octopus marinated in pure virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar is sauted and lies on a bed of «married» Santorinean fava, garnished with whole sun dried tomatoes & caper’s leaves.

Exciting linguini with seafood perfumed with thyme in a spicy pepper sauce with garlic & pure virgin olive oil.

Salads


Spinach-rocket salad with small roast brown mouthful of bread covered with «vinaigrette» sauce made of balsamic vinegar, honey and mint accompanied with sun-dried tomatoes and decorated with flakes of «arseniko» cheese of Naxos.

«Roses» made of smoked salmon with asparagus lying on gristly leaves of rocket and spinach, rinsed with soft dressing made of Dijon mustard, honey, lemon and truffle oil.

«Spicy» salad with banquet of vegetables like endive, rocket, radish, sweet red peppers of Florina, grilled brown almonds, pomegranates, covered with sauce made of Dijon mustard, yogurt, thyme, olive oil and pepperocino.

Traditional Greek salad with Santorinean cherry tomatoes, juicy cucumbers, freshly cut onion, peppers, caper flowers, topped with flakes of Greek feta and sprinkled with pure virgin oil & balsamic vinegar.


Main Course


Grandma’s recipe for tender bites of beef cooked in casserole in homemade Santorinean red sauce made of combining sweet tomatoes & eggplants of the island and having spread cinnamon perfumes, share the plate with mashed potatoes puree.

Fresh beef fillet sauted with grilled seasonal & kinel of fresh potatoes, tied with a light sauce of roast perfumed with vanilla of Madagascar.

«Mignons» beef fillets sauted with fresh caper in sauce made of Santorinean Vinsanto is sharing the plate with steamed broccoli panicles accompanied with velvet «puree» of fresh potatoes enriched with parmesan, olive oil, strained yogurt & coulis of persil.

Slices of tender pork fillet marinated in sesame oil, soya & truffle oil are served with sauted vegetables & rice noodles.

Chicken sauted bites perfumed with exotic curry, soya sauce, mixed with apple’s vinegar and enriched with cassius nuts & chestnuts, are accompanied with perfumed rice and seasonal vegetables.

Chunk of lamb «confit» is marinated in fresh rosemary & ginger and is accompanied with couscous perfumed with fresh seasonal aromatic herbs and mixed with porcini mushrooms & pesto of pinenuts.

Grilled lamb bites «souvlaki» that are marinated in garlic, cumin, sweet paprika, soya & green onion leaves. Plate is fulfilled with small slices of pita bread & a bite of freshly cut season salad.

Our chef’s inspiration:
Salmon fillet poached in sauce of fresh fish broth, Sparkling wine & cream which is perfumed with fresh saffron from Kozani, is accompanied with exotic «basmati» rice and steamed vegetables.

Fillet of cod fish «poele» in a light spicy sauce made of fresh Santorinean tomatoes, capers & Greek black truffle, perfumed with fresh herbs, is accompanied by dark sepia ink pasta from Chios island.

Shrimps sauted in fresh olive oil quenched in fresh lime juice are served with steamed rice & broccoli flowers are rinsed & perfumed with sauce of orange, Peloponnesian honey of thyme & white sesame.

Lovers' pasta! = lobster with pasta for two.

The fruits, the vegetables, fish & meat that we are using are fresh.
The seafood & sea fruits are fresh frozen.
Many of our first ingredients / products are made with biological cultivation.
The uncooked oil, used in various of our dishes, is pure virgin Greek olive oil.
The feta cheese is of Greek origin.
