RESTAURANT POLICY

Welcome to our restaurant “FANARI in Oia”, located in our resort FANARI VILLAS. It is advised that a reservation is made in advance. Safety and relaxation are our first priorities so you can enjoy our “islandic homy” atmosphere. 

OPERATING HOURS:

Daily from 13:00 - 01:00 {23:00 last order}.

DINING AREAS

Our restaurant has four different outdoor dining areas on different levels and one-fifth indoor dining room. All outdoor areas have open-air sea, caldera, and sunset circle views.

As we have limited space all guests are expected to sit in the pointed area and table.

SMOKING

Smoking (including electronic tobacco products) is not allowed indoors.

DRESS CODE

Dress code is elegant smart casual; kindly refrain from wearing flip flops during dinner service. Any guest that does not meet the dress code requirements may be refused entry.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Please tell us if you are celebrating any special occasion when you make your reservation, and our team will create a memorable moment for you, (a table set up with candles or flowers or a celebration cake can be arranged under cost).

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be accepted:

• via e-mail at restaurant@fanarivillas.gr or
• by using our website form https://fanarivillas.gr/fine-dining/restaurant.

All guests wishing to make a reservation must be willing to provide their authentic personal information, such as:

• full name
• location of staying
• email address
• personal mobile contact number

Reservation for parties of 8 or more need to have a custom - preselected menu.

TIP NOTE

We would like to inform you that upon booking, we always advise our clients to mind their arrival hour in a timely manner, as in our area hectic traffic prevails especially around sunset time.

CHILD POLICY

Please note that we welcome young diners as well, but we request special parental care.

PET POLICY

Kindly note that pets are not allowed in the Restaurant.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Upon making your reservation request, please indicate any allergies or dietary requirements, for your better service. Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate reservations with requests like Halal, Kosher, etc. as well as Celiac cases.

CORKAGE

We offer a selection of wines from the island and in general from Greece. Please note that we do not permit guests to bring/consume any drink except those of the restaurant.

PHOTO SHOOTING

If you wish, we may assist you in taking memorable photos without wandering between tables and without interrupting views by respecting your neighboring diners.

FINANCIAL

Kindly note there is a minimum menu consumption demand of 100,00 euro per person which includes food and beverage.

Furthermore, please note that for the better service of our guests, we have set a time slot interval of 2 hours for each reservation.

A non-refundable deposit fee, for the confirmation of booking, is needed due to limited seating. The demanded amount upon booking confirmation is 50,00 euro per person and must be paid in advance, using the payment link sent to your email upon your reservation request.

The above-mentioned deposit as well as the minimum consumption applies only to dinner reservations (οo deposit is needed for lunch reservations).

One day prior to your booking we will contact you by telephone or email or SMS to confirm your attendance.

Except from securing your table’s reservation by this deposit, you secure the permission to use our private open air parking lot, which is located within 3 minutes walking distance from our Restaurant. Entry request is placed by calling +30 22860 71008 and mentioning that you are a guest of ‘Fanari Restaurant in Oia’.

The deposit will be kept in case of non-shows or untimely. Failure to receive card approval will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your dinner.

In case you are not able to honor the made reservation or if you wish to amend it or to adjust the number of participating guests, we kindly request to notify us either by phone at +30 22860 71008 or by email at restaurant@fanarivillas.gr but not later than 24 hours prior to your reservation time.

All credit cards are accepted, except AMEX, Union Pay & Diners.

Prices and menus are subject to change without notice.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your reservation will be valid for 15 minutes from your reservation time. If there is a need of further delay, you are kindly requested to inform us as soon as possible. For cases of delays without notice longer than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to assign your table to the next reservation.

GIFT CARDS

If you would like to offer someone the gift of experiencing our restaurant “Fanari in Oia”, you may order an electronic gift card. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

NOTE

We reserve the right to modify, add, change the content or recipes as well as the prices, whenever we deem it necessary and without prior notice. For any confirmed booking in force, the agreed menu & prices will apply and be honored.
