«Linguini» in fresh grilled tomato sauce enriched with aromatic garlic & cream of wild royal mushrooms, basil, black salt of Himalaya & fresh wild rocket
Spinach-Rocket
Spinach-rocket salad with small roast brown mouthful of bread covered with «vinaigrette» sauce made of balsamic vinegar, honey and mint accompanied with sun-dried tomatoes and decorated with flakes of «arseniko» cheese of Naxos.
Grandma’s Casserole Beef
Grandma’s recipe for tender bites of beef cooked in casserole in homemade Santorinean red sauce made of sweet tomatoes & eggplants of the island and having spread cinnamon perfumes, share the plate with velvety mashed potatoes “puree”
Exotic Dessert
Pineapple «confit» caramelized with ice cream, perfumed with Sambuca and a pinch of red peppers is garnished with almonds’ fillets

The green leaf marked dishes are low in cholesterol, good for healthy nourishing and vegetarianism (some dishes include cheese)
Please inform your waiter, if you wish your food to be prepared with no salt or if you are allergic to anything.
The fruits and the vegetables, that we are using are fresh.
The seafood & sea fruits, the fish and the meat are fresh & fresh frozen.
Many of our first ingredients / products are made with biological cultivation.
The uncooked oil, used in various of our dishes, is pure virgin Greek olive oil.
The feta cheese is of Greek origin.
In the above mentioned prices are included:
Community Tax 0,2 %, V.A.T. 13 % and 24%
Responsible for market inspection: Emmanuel Darzentas.
You can find reports for complaining in a special place next to the entrance. The rates are in euro.
